Got up and ate breakfast with my parents. They stayed at a hotel near the airport. After, I said goodbye and they left. I went to Shirk to work.
Wags gave me a playbook. It is a little more than I’m used to. The toughest part of learning a new system is the vocabulary. I have to forget what I know as far as terms and start over. I hope my learning curve is short.
I watched some tape, and met a lot of the coaches in the athletic offices. Coach Eash and I unloaded all the helmets and shoulder pads that have been reconditioned.
Jared and I shot some hoops. I met some players. Good stuff.
Came home late, and watched Saving Private Ryan. I’m almost out of DVD’s, the ones I brought with me. But Cable tomorrow.
