Mom and Dad came today. They got here a little after noon. We unloaded the furniture, and Jeff, who I had not met, came and helped me move the couch. That was pretty nice on his part.

We went to eat lunch at Lone Star. It was tasty. It was nice to eat and spend the day with my parents. We then went looking for a bed and got one. We also picked up a nice kitchen table for cheap, that I am writing this from.

Came back to the apartment, started assembling things together. We then left to meet Coach Eash at the Shirk Center. My parents thought the Shirk center was the “Shrek” Center. They were impressed by the facilities as well. Coach Eash was there and everyone met. My Parents seemed to be impressed.

I drove my parents around Bloomington Normal, and showed them what I knew, I think they were impressed that I knew it fairly well, at least the main drags. I am learning, and I’ll get better.

We came back to my apartment and Dad put the chairs together, and Mom and I went shopping. We got sheets, and more groceries. I think they think that I’ll starve.
Anyway it was very nice of them to come and help me out so much. I am very grateful.

Parents went to get a Hotel room and I cleaned up a bit. Then they came back and we went out to eat at TGI Fridays. It was another good meal. I really think they think I’ll starve.

We are going to have breakfast in the morning before they leave.

Right now, I’m listening to Counting Crows, and typing. My new bed is calling my name.
